Grandma, who’s a bit out of her mind, has escaped from Durkee in Mexico and is now dashing through the city in a frantic attempt to evade capture. To avoid being caught and returned to the asylum, she must cover a certain distance. However, she’s not only being pursued by nurses armed with straitjackets, but she also faces a series of challenging obstacles—including sharp turns, holes, fences, and other “funny” hazards. As she rushes through the streets, Grandma also gathers gold coins, adding an extra layer of excitement to her daring escape.
